Refund window
We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to request a refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Non-refundable items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:

- Downloadable products
- Personal care items
- Sale or clearance items
Shipping costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
