How to Use: After cleansing and toning, gently lift the hydrogel sheet from its tray and place onto a dry face, smoothing out any wrinkles. Wear for at least 3 hours or overnight — the sheet will turn from milky-white to transparent as the actives absorb. Peel off, gently pat any remaining essence into skin, and follow with moisturiser. Use 1–3 times per week.
